WHAT DOES PHOENIX HOUSING GROUP DO WITH MY PROPERTY?

This is a 3 step process:

  1. Firstly, we consult with you, the property owner about your goals for the property. Whether you want to make some home improvements, find a buyer, or find someone to buy your property and rent it back to you.       Phoenix has a solution for every situation.​​

  2. Once we know your goals, we inspect the property and review your situation to see how we can best align our experience and our resources to help your property best meet your goals.

  3. Finally, we place the property under the appropriate contract that best suites your needs and then connect with our network of ready to work contractors and ready to buy investors, providing the best opportunity for a timely solution that accomplishes your goal.

WHAT DOES A CONTRACT WITH PHOENIX HOUSING GROUP LOOK LIKE?

The are a variety of different contracts available for every situation, as no two properties are the same.

So here are two of our most valued features that are included in every contract:​

  • 90 Day Contracts

    • Phoenix Housing Group is here to help every property owner accomplish their goals in a timely fashion! This gives the property owner time to plan next steps for after their contract closes and it gives our network of investors time to meet, review, and close on contracts.​

  • No Close, No Cost​

    • We have built a strong, proud, and good reputation here in our community. Phoenix Housing Group believes in doing right by every individual and every property owner. If we can not connect an investor to your contract within the 90 day window, then our service fee is waived!​​​

We want to know about you, your family, your situation, and how we can best meet your needs. Phoenix may not be the right solution for every property owner, but we take the time to figure that out together. We evaluate every individual and their situation to ensure we put them in a better place than when we arrived. We are always happy to help, and even if we are not the right solution today, you will still see us sporting a friendly face and a warm welcome here in our community.
